What You’ll Do
- Operate 3D printers: load materials, run jobs, and do basic post‑processing.
- Prep and paint sign components using primers, paints, and finishing processes according to specs.
- Assemble sign components using drawings, specs, and work orders.
- Inspect painted and assembled parts for quality and help fix issues before they ship.
- Perform basic maintenance on printers, paint equipment, tools, and workstations.
- Keep your area safe, clean, and organized; follow all safety, PPE, and respirator requirements when painting.
What You Bring
- Ability to read and understand drawings and work instructions.
- Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and solid work ethic.
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office / 365.
- Experience with painting, coating, or finishing is a plus (we’ll train motivated candidates).
