Most flat-rate techs don’t lose money because they’re slow. They lose it because the shop is disorganized, the advisors can’t sell, or the car count dries up by Wednesday.

We’re a European specialty shop — Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Volkswagen — running strong volume, high ARO, and a workflow designed so productive techs can actually produce. We’re hiring a high-output flat-rate technician who wants to be busy and paid like it.

What we need from you:
- Consistent flat-rate production (50+ hours is the norm here)
- Efficiency without sacrificing quality
- Solid diagnostic and repair ability on European platforms
- Clear communication with the front counter
Compensation:
- $23–$55+ per flag hour, uncapped ($100K–$150K+ potential)
