£27,000 – £29,000 per annum
Full-Time | Permanent | Monday–Friday (8:00am–4:30pm)
New Harvest Wholesale, the largest oriental food supplier in the West Midlands, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our growing team in Aston, Birmingham.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process daily incoming and outgoing payments using SAP
- Resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
- Liaise with Credit Control, Sales, Warehouse, and Drivers
- Process returns and raise credit notes
- Monitor customer account balances and non-reconciled transactions
- Process supplier invoices and payments
- Reconciling bank statements, accounts and financial records.
Requirements:
- Strong numeracy skills
- Intermediate MS Office (Word & Excel)
- SAP knowledge (advantageous)
- High attention to detail
