Salary: Circa 28-30k (dependant on experience)

JOB PURPOSE
This role provides general administrative and office support, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office and effective support to the Deputy Chief Executive and wider management team. This is a varied and rewarding role within a collaborative organisation, offering the opportunity to support senior colleagues, contribute to the smooth running of the office and play a part in our wider mission.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the Deputy Chief Executive and wider management team
- Administration support for ETZ Sub-Committees and Joint Venture company
- Manage diaries, coordinate meetings and support inbox management where required
- Arrange travel, hospitality, expenses and other day-to-day administrative tasks
- Support the smooth running of the office, including supplies, facilities and general administration
- Maintain accurate records and systems, including data entry on the CRM system.
- Provide wider administrative support across the organisation and assist with events when needed
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Previous experience in office administration or a similar administrative role
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word and Excel
- Experience of diary or calendar management and coordinating meetings
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A proactive and reliable team player with a flexible approach
