As our AT&T Customer Specialist, your role includes ensuring enrollment accuracy, providing guidance on plan selection, and maintaining the persistence that keeps customers informed.
As an AT&T Customer Specialist, you’ll be fully trained to bring the AT&T Fiber to customers. You’ll then help customers with any account issues and help make the enrollment process smooth. With every enrollment, the AT&T Customer Specialist refines their skills and helps the customers enjoy the product.
Role Requirements for an AT&T Customer Specialist
- Provide guidance and support for customers, presenting AT&T Fiber Internet solutions tailored to lifestyle, entertainment, and remote work requirements.
- Assist team members by organizing customer information, preparing speed and service comparison guides, and supporting day-to-day activities.
- Conduct proactive follow-ups to help customers maximize their Internet experience, answer questions, and provide customer service.
- Record and manage customer preferences, Fiber service requests, and network availability to maintain accuracy.
- Demonstrate benefits of Fiber, including faster downloads, uninterrupted video calls, and smooth streaming while providing the best customer service.

Pay: $900.00 – $1,400.00 per week
