Bar Supervisor/Assistant Manager Jobs in Wigan at KORE
We are looking for a friendly and motivated bar supervisor/assistant manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and experience in cocktail-making and bar service. Previous bar or restaurant experience is required but full training will be provided. You will play a key role in managing staff, managing stock, serving drinks, creating a welcoming atmosphere, and ensuring guests enjoy their time with us.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Keep the bar area clean, organised, and well-stocked.
- Take orders and provide recommendations in a professional, approachable manner.
- Handle payments accurately, including both cash and card transactions.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
- Manage a team of bar staff.
- Handle stock rotation.
- Be a key holder.
