Overview
We are seeking a talented and personable Bartender and Mixologist to join our vibrant hospitality team. Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks in accordance with recipes and customer preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, offering recommendations and ensuring excellent service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately
- Restock bar supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure availability of ingredients and beverages
- Collaborate with team members to deliver smooth service during busy periods
- Keep up-to-date with current cocktail trends and continuously develop new drink recipes
Experience
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced hospitality environment is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, food safety regulations, and responsible serving practices
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple orders efficiently
- Experience in customer service roles within restaurants or bars is advantageous
- Demonstrated time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively during busy shifts
