Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to lead behavioral intervention programs for children with autism. In this vital role, you will design, implement, and supervise individualized treatment plans that foster skill development and reduce challenging behaviors. Your expertise will directly impact children’s growth, independence, and confidence while collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans based on thorough assessments and data collection.
  • Oversee the implementation of ABA therapy programs across various settings, including in-home, school, or clinical environments.
  • Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members to ensure fidelity to treatment protocols.
  • Conduct patient assessments, diagnostic evaluations, and progress reviews to tailor interventions effectively.
  • Collect, analyze, and document behavioral data meticulously in compliance with HIPAA regulations and medical documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with families, educators, and healthcare providers to support holistic care strategies.
  • Maintain accurate medical records and ensure all documentation aligns with best practices in behavioral health.

Requirements

  • Valid BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Proven experience working with children diagnosed with autism or developmental disabilities using applied behavior analysis techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy principles, data collection methods, and patient assessment procedures.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations, medical terminology, and electronic medical records systems.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with families and multidisciplinary teams.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
