We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Joiner to join our family run company . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and joinery, with experience in assembling bespoke timber windows and doors to a high standard ,.This role offers the opportunity to work with a dedicated team of machinists and bench joiners In a dynamic and supportive environment. Candidates must be committed to delivering high-quality craftsmanship and maintaining safety standards throughout all projects.
Duties
- Fabricate and assemble timber components using hand tools, power tools, and specialised joinery equipment
- be able to assemble bespoke joinery items such as doors, windows,
- Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely and efficiently
- Read technical drawings and specifications to ensure precise execution of projects
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations at all times .
Experience
- Proven experience in fabrication, assembly, and carpentry with a strong understanding of joinery techniques
- Proficiency with hand tools such as saws, chisels, hammers, and screwdrivers
- Competence in operating power tools including drills, saws, sanders, and nail guns
