Care Assistant Contract
Salary: £12.81 per hour.
Paid DBS pension, uniform provided.
5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract).
Role Overview
A Care Assistant will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
Responsibilities include:
- Support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing.
- Follow care plans and recognise changes in condition to provide safe, responsive and consistent care.
- Work with a supportive team to create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for.
- Provide full training, guidance and ongoing development if you have no prior experience.
