Position: Laborers and Lead Carpenters
Location: CNY and surrounding area
Laborers:
- Assist with various construction tasks including but not limited to helping with carpenty tasks, carrying materials, and site cleanup.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment.
- Work collaboratively with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively.
Lead Carpenters:
- Experience in deck building.
- Oversee construction projects from start to finish.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support as needed.
Requirements:
Laborers:
- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Prior experience in construction.
- Must have license and reliable vehicle.
Lead Carpenters:
- Proven experience in construction management or a similar role.
- Extensive knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Must have license and reliable vehicle.
