Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $21 – $21 / hour*
This is a temp-to-permanent opportunity for someone with construction or carpentry experience who wants to expand their skills and grow with a team.
- Assist experienced carpenters with measuring, cutting, assembling, and installing wood and other construction materials
- Support framing, drywall installation, cabinetry, flooring, roofing, and finishing projects
- Safely operate basic hand and power tools under supervision
- Hold and position materials during installation and assembly
- Load, unload, transport, and organize tools, equipment, and supplies
- Prepare work areas by setting up ladders, scaffolding, and protective barriers
- Read and follow basic construction plans, instructions, and safety procedures
- Keep job sites clean, organized, and free of debris
- Complete additional tasks assigned by supervisors or lead carpenters

Job Requirements:
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady
- Previous construction or carpentry experience
- Ability to safely use basic hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
