Job Title: CCTV Operator –PROSEC
Job Type: Full-time (12 hour nights)
17:00-05:00 and 18:00-06:00 (4 Shifts a week)
About the Role
We are currently seeking a professional and vigilant CCTV Operator to join our team at headoffice. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring surveillance systems, ensuring the safety of visitors, tenants, and staff, and responding promptly to incidents.
This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong observational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV systems and surveillance equipment
- Identify and report suspicious activity or security breaches
- Maintain accurate incident logs and reports
- Liaise with on-site security teams and management
- Assist in investigations by reviewing footage when required
- Ensure all monitoring is carried out in line with company procedures and data protection regulations
- Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies
Requirements
- Valid SIA CCTV Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a CCTV monitoring role (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and situational awareness
- Good communication and report writing skills
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Basic IT skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £13.71 per hour

- Doncaster DN1 2ES: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
