We are looking for a friendly and energetic Chef to join our dynamic team here in Brynhyfryd Swansea . We are fully flexible with hours but are ideally looking for someone to work 5 days a week, Working weekends is essential.
At The Haystack we are passionate about serving our customers excellent quality Food. This role will include everything kitchen based, its a tiny team, everyone does everything is basically our model. We are looking for someone that is keen to take charge of the kitchen.
Our main mission is to supply great tasting and humble brunch dishes along side the perfectly made coffee. The café design follows the rural agricultural background of the owner, because of this we will support local food sources as much as possible when creating our menu and buying produce.
