About the role:
We are looking for a dedicated Chef De Rang to join our front-of-house team in delivering an exceptional guest experience within the cigar lounge. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team that takes pride in expert service, product knowledge, and a warm, attentive approach.
In a nutshell:
- Manage your section during daily lounge service, ensuring guests are welcomed and well attended to at all times
Provide in-depth knowledge of our cigar collection, spirits, cocktails, and light food menu Maintain a calm and professional atmosphere while anticipating guest needs and preferences
Deliver a seamless experience from order to payment, including accurate handling of bills and payment processing
Ensure the lounge remains pristine, well-stocked, and ready to receive guests throughout operating hours
Assist and guide new team members, ensuring all service standards and SOPs are upheld
Handle guest requests or concerns with discretion, warmth, and urgency
About you:
- Attentive, well-presented, and naturally courteous
A confident communicator with a calm and welcoming presence
Passionate about hospitality, with an interest in cigars, fine spirits, and luxury service
A self-starter with a proactive, hands-on approach
Exceptional attention to detail and a high standard of personal integrity
Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism in a private, members-only setting
Comfortable working in a slower-paced, guest-focused environment where service quality comes first
