Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver – Monday to Friday Jobs in Blyth at DUKE Distribution Ltd
DUKE Distribution is looking for experienced Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Drivers to join our transport team.
This is a Monday to Friday tramping role, typically involving four nights out per week. You’ll work with a variety of trailers, including curtain siders, flatbeds and step frames, carrying a range of customer loads.
We operate a modern fleet and have an experienced transport office that provides clear communication and ongoing support.
The Role
- Monday to Friday tramping (typically 4 nights out)

Pay & Benefits
- £14.50–£15.00 per hour, depending on experience
- £21.00 per hour for weekend work
- £30 night out allowance
- Weekly compliance bonus
- Damage reduction bonus
- Additional pay for step frame and Moffett work
- 28 days’ holiday, increasing with length of service
Requirements
- Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence
- Driver CPC
- Digital tachograph card
- Comfortable with regular nights out
- Reliable and professional approach
- Able to use a smartphone for work-related communication
Moffett or IPAF experience is beneficial but not essential, as training may be available.

Pay: £55,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
