Looking for a permanent Class 2 driving job with guaranteed 45-hour weeks, no nights out and paid overtime?
We’re recruiting a Class 2 (Category C) Readymix Mixer Truck Driver to join the team at Myers Readymix in Skipton. Whether you’re an experienced Mixer operator or a Class 2 driver looking for a new challenge, we’d love to hear from you.

What you’ll be doing
- Safely operate and drive a Readymix Concrete Mixer Truck
- Deliver concrete to customer sites across the local area
- Complete daily vehicle checks and keep your vehicle clean and well maintained
- Provide excellent customer service
- Work safely and professionally while representing the company
- Typical start between 6:30am–7:30am – Varies depending on customer requirements and time of year.
- Monday to Friday with some Saturday mornings
What we’re looking for
Essential:
- Class 2 (Category C) licence
- Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
- A strong commitment to health and safety
- Reliable, professional and customer-focused attitude
- Physically fit, as this role involves manual handling
