What We’re Looking For
We are seeking experienced climbers who can confidently and safely perform pruning and removals in residential settings.
Qualified candidates will have:
- Minimum 2+ years professional tree climbing experience
- Proficiency in modern climbing systems (SRT & DRT)
- Experience with technical rigging and close-quarter removals
- Strong understanding of pruning standards and tree care principles
- Knowledge of tree ID and basic disease ID
- Aerial rescue knowledge and strong safety awareness
- Ability to work efficiently throughout a full 8-hour day in all weather conditions
- Professional communication and strong customer service skills
Safety & Professional Standards
- Proper PPE and hazard recognition
- Knowledge of Dig Alert procedures
- Emergency tree rescue procedures
- Rope handling, knot knowledge, and safe rigging techniques
- Gear and climb saw must pass safety inspection
