Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise construction crews, highest quality of work.
- Oversee all phases of your trade
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to verify accuracy and facilitate seamless execution.
- Conduct quality control inspections to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and adherence to contract specifications.

- Utilize tools such as Ohmmeter for electrical testing and ensure proper instrumentation during installation phases.

- Extensive experience in your trade in commercial construction crew management with a proven track record of supervising diverse tradesmen in commercial projects.
- Excellent blueprint reading skills coupled with the ability to interpret schematics for your trade.
- Hands-on experience .
- Supervising experience demonstrating leadership qualities that motivate teams toward successful project completion.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of verifiable experience in your trade
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite procedures
- Own tools (preferred depending on trade)
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or lead a crew
