Concrete Finisher – Job Posting
We are seeking a reliable and experienced Concrete Finisher to join our crew. The ideal candidate has strong finishing skills, works well in a team environment, and can handle the physical demands of construction work.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Work in a team environment with clear communication and a positive attitude
- Perform site preparation and assist in constructing accurate forms
- Operate hand tools including trowels, floats, edgers, and related equipment
- Finish and repair concrete surfaces to required textures and specifications
- Work with decorative concrete such as stamping, staining, sidewalks, patios, and similar projects
- Apply general concrete knowledge including joints, finishes, and minor repairs
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Frequent bending, kneeling, and lifting up to 100 lbs
- Ability to safely navigate active construction sites, including areas with wet concrete and uneven ground

Pay: $24.00 – $25.50 per hour

- Concrete forming: 2 years (Required)
