Construction Cleaner Jobs in Leigh at RS Cleaning Contractors Ltd
We are currently looking for reliable and hardworking Construction Cleaners to join our team working on new build housing sites across the North West (Blackpool, Preston, Blackburn, Chorley, Manchester)
Duties include:
- Cleaning new build properties from build stage through to handover
- Removing dust, debris, paint splashes, plaster, grout and stickers/protection
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, and windows
- Ensuring plots are clean, safe, and presentable
- Cleaning of welfare units
- Cleaning of show homes
- Following site health & safety rules at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in construction cleaning is advantageous but not essential; training will be provided
- Good communication skills in English to understand instructions and interact with team members and clients
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driving licence and own vehicle is essential
- Excellent customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients
- Reliable with a professional attitude towards work responsibilities
- CSCS card preferred (or willingness to obtain one)
