Friday – Saturday 5.30pm – 8.30pm
Sunday 8am – 3pm

About you:
We are looking for a reliable Chef or Cook to drive our food service Wednesday through to Sunday (with occasional extra shifts).
You will be confident working independently in a small kitchen, whilst being responsible for preparing and cooking menu items to a consistent standard, maintaining high levels of cleanliness, and ensuring food safety at all times.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys evening work, is adaptable, and takes pride in producing good food.

Shifts Available:
Friday – Saturday: 5.30pm – 8.30pm
Sunday: 8am – 3pm
Extra shifts may also be offered depending on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
– Prepare and cook dishes to a consistent standard
– Work independently within a small kitchen
– Help create seasonal menus
– Maintain cleanliness and follow food hygiene procedures
– Ensure smooth and timely service

– Previous kitchen experience
– Ability to work alone confidently
– Good understanding of food hygiene and safety
– Reliable, punctual, and able to work regular evening shifts
– Positive attitude and pride in quality food
