Crew Lead – Mowing & Landscape Maintenance
Trimmers Landscaping is a well-established landscaping company, currently seeking experienced landscaping professionals to fill mowing crew lead positions. The successful candidate must be efficient but more importantly, focused on the quality of a job well done. Position Summary:
The Crew Lead is responsible for leading a crew in the delivery of high-quality mowing and landscape maintenance services for commercial and residential properties. This position combines hands-on field work with crew supervision, training, and quality control.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and supervise a mowing and maintenance crew on daily routes
· Ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
· Operate and maintain commercial mowing and landscape equipment
· Train and mentor crew members on proper techniques and safety procedures
· Communicate with customers professionally when needed
· Monitor job progress and report issues to management
· Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, edging, pruning, mulching, and seasonal cleanups
· Keep vehicles clean, conduct daily equipment inspections, and report mechanical issues to our mechanics.
Qualifications:
· Minimum of 2 years landscape maintenance experience required
· Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Willing to train the right people.
· Strong knowledge of commercial mowing equipment and landscape maintenance practices
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
· Dependable, organized, and safety-focused
· Ability to lift 50 pounds and perform physical labor throughout the workday

This is a seasonal, full-time position, working Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime.

Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour
