We're looking for an experienced Customer Services Coordinator to join our growing team.
Ideally, you'll have a background in customer service within distribution, logistics, or supply
chain environments.
Key duties include:
✔ Managing customer accounts
✔ Building strong customer relationships
✔ Coordinating orders and deliveries with the warehouse team
✔ Monitoring stock and delivery schedules
✔ Maintaining accurate records
✔ Resolving customer queries professionally
What we're looking for:
✅ Previous office-based customer service experience
✅ Strong communication and organisational skills
✅ Confidence using Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Teams, Excel)
✅ Ability to work independently and use initiative
This is a fully office-based role.
