Customer Service Rep – Musicians Wanted! Jobs in Eden Prairie, MN at MetroMinn LLC
For over 30 years, American Musical Supply has been the trusted choice of musicians across the country for instruments and music gear. We’re looking for passionate gear enthusiasts and musicians to join our Customer Service team in Eden Prairie, MN.
Signing Bonus $500 ($250 after first 3 months, $250 after 6 months of employment)
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
- Help customers navigate accounts and place online orders
- Confidently de‑escalate complex or tense customer situations
- Process product returns and exchanges, setting clear and accurate expectations
- Respond to shipping inquiries and order status questions
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve issues and exceed customer expectations
- Document all customer interactions with thorough and accurate notes
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Strong working knowledge of: Musical instruments, Pro audio and DJ equipment, Home recording software and gear, Related accessories
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
- Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and tools
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English; Spanish bilingual skills are a plus

- live sound, recording, computer audio, and DJ: 1 year (Preferred)
