About the role:
We are looking for applicants who are well presented with excellent customer service skills and a professional manner.
This is a permanent, full-time position working Monday to Friday plus weekends on a rota basis that has been adapted for work/life balance.
Please note: Experience in the automotive sector is not essential, as all training is provided to support your success in the role.
About you:
– Full UK manual driving license is required for this role.
(Provisional / Non UK driving licences are unacceptable)
– Customer Centric attitude, with the ability to understand customer needs.
– Excellent customer service skills & proven ability to build a strong rapport with customers.
– Flexible and ability to work evenings and weekends (on a Rota basis)
Responsibilities day to day:
– Welcoming guests into the showroom, and engaging with them to discuss requirements
– Sell vehicles profitably and be able to achieve targets agreed with the Sales Manager
– Co-ordinate and work alongside the sales manager
– Promote and maintain excellent customer relations by personal manner, appearance, integrity, and loyalty
– Prepare order forms and other relevant paperwork
– 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing service role
– Previous retail sales experience

Pay: £25,000.00-£55,000.00 per year
