This hands-on position sits at the heart of the business, where customer happiness and results matter most.
The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in customer success, account management or digital marketing. You’ll thrive if you’re consultative, proactive, and genuinely enjoy helping clients win.
Key skills include analysing campaign performance, delivering onboarding and training, running weekly account reviews, and using tools like HubSpot, Gainsight or Salesforce. Experience with Google Shopping or AI platforms is a strong advantage.
You will engage customers right after they sign, build tailored success plans, optimise their campaigns, provide strategic recommendations, and act as their trusted advocate — all while driving measurable outcomes, retention and growth.
