💷 £35,000–£40,000 + Bonus & Event Commission

This is an opportunity to join a growing and innovative business where client experience sits at the heart of everything they do. You'll be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring every campaign, event, and commercial commitment is delivered to the highest standard.
We're looking for someone who understands that client success is about more than account management — it's about building trusted relationships, coordinating multiple moving parts, and ensuring clients consistently achieve value from their partnership.
What you'll be doing:
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Managing onboarding processes and ensuring a smooth transition from sales to delivery
• Coordinating campaigns, projects, and contractual deliverables across multiple teams
• Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Tracking project progress and ensuring deadlines are met
• Providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to clients
• Managing internal workflows to ensure seamless execution of deliverables
• Gathering client feedback and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Supporting the successful delivery of live and virtual events when required
About you:
• Previous experience in client success, account management, customer success, or project delivery
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
• Able to work effectively with both clients and internal stakeholders
• Experience within events, media, marketing, or professional services is beneficial
• Customer-focused with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service
