Customer Support Administrator Jobs in Stalybridge at Adviser Cloud
We’re looking for a friendly, well-organised Administrator to join our growing team in Stalybridge. You’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — handling enquiries by phone and through our online ticketing system — and providing day-to-day administrative support across the business.
This is an ideal role for someone with strong customer-service skills who enjoys working with people and wants to build a long-term career in financial services. Previous pensions experience is a plus, but not essential — full training will be provided.
About the role
You’ll be part of a small, supportive team handling the day-to-day administration for our pension and wealth management clients, learning the ropes of pensions work as you go.
What you’ll be doing
- Responding to incoming queries from clients and advisers — by phone, email, and through our online ticket desk.
- Logging, prioritising, and following up on tickets so nothing gets missed.
- Making outbound calls where needed to keep clients informed or to gather information.
- Providing general administrative support across the team — filing, scanning, data entry, and helping prepare client paperwork.
- Keeping records accurate and up to date in our internal systems.
- Working alongside more experienced team members and building your knowledge of pensions administration.
What we’re looking for
We’re more interested in your attitude and your communication style than a long list of qualifications. The right person will be someone who:
- Has a friendly, professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in English
- Communicates clearly in writing — concise, polite, and easy to follow.
- Has experience using a ticket desk or helpdesk system, or has worked in a similar customer service / contact-centre role.
- Is comfortable handling phone calls and follow-ups, including occasionally difficult conversations.
- Pays attention to detail and takes pride in getting things right.
- Is organised and able to juggle several tasks at once.
- Is comfortable using everyday office software (Outlook, Word, Excel).
