About the Opportunity

Vita CV is currently recruiting on behalf of our client, an established UK business looking to appoint a Customer Support Representative on a full-time, fully remote basis. This is suited to candidates with prior customer support experience who can work effectively in an independent home-based environment.

About the Role

The Customer Support Representative will handle a broad range of customer enquiries, support internal teams with case resolution, and contribute to ongoing service improvements through team collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer enquiries across email, phone, and chat
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues with appropriate follow-up
  • Collaborate with internal teams remotely to resolve complex cases
  • Maintain accurate case records and CRM data after each interaction
  • Identify trends in customer feedback and contribute to process improvements
  • Support new team members through virtual buddying and knowledge sharing
  • Follow agreed service standards and response-time expectations

What We're Looking For

  • At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service or customer support
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Confident handling complex enquiries with empathy and clarity
  • Comfortable using CRM platforms and standard support tools
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively via remote tools
  • Reliable, organised, and solutions-focused
  • A stable home internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for customer calls

Desirable (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with Zendesk, HubSpot Service Hub, or Freshdesk
  • Previous exposure to multi-channel customer support environments
