We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Customs Clearance Coordinator to join our Operations team at our Ashford warehouse.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or international logistics, who can demonstrate strong administrative skills and excellent attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities
- Ability to work effectively within a team while managing your own workload
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong numerical and analytical skills
- Previous experience in customs clearance, freight forwarding, or international logistics
- Experience using customs systems such as Destin8, MultiFreight, etc.
- Understanding of ETSF warehouse processes
- Customer‑focused approach when dealing with both internal and external stakeholders
Working Hours
- Full‑time, Monday to Saturday
- Approximately 42 hours per week
Pay: £28,000.00 per year
