Advanced Damp is an established damp proofing and structural waterproofing company working across London and the South East. We deliver high-quality remedial work for homeowners, landlords, and commercial clients, and we’re looking for an experienced specialist to join our team.
The role
You’ll be carrying out a full range of damp proofing and waterproofing works on site, from survey-led diagnosis through to a finished, properly completed job. Day to day, you’ll be:
- Installing damp proofing systems, including chemical DPC injection and associated treatments
- Installing basement and below-ground structural waterproofing systems (cavity drainage / Type C, tanking / Type A)
- Rendering and plastering to a high finish following damp treatments
- Preparing surfaces, managing your materials, and keeping each site clean, safe, and well-organised
- Liaising professionally with clients and reporting back to the office on progress
What we’re looking for
- At least 5 years’ hands-on experience in damp proofing and waterproofing
- Confident and competent at rendering and plastering to a professional standard
- Proven experience installing both damp proofing and basement waterproofing systems
- A full UK driving licence
- Reliable, presentable, and able to work independently on site
- A genuine pride in quality workmanship
