We are excited to announce we are looking for a Dispatch Assistant to join our team!
The primary responsibility of the Dispatch Assistant is to ensure the safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders while facilitating and supporting drivers and dispatcher as they perform their duties.

Responsibilities
- Ensure each customer receives outstanding service.
- Provide accurate and efficient record-keeping for all delivery orders.
- Complete administrative duties as required.
- Answer phones and respond to customer request.
- Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on delivery times, courier information, and policies.
- Uphold office cleaniness standards.
- Adhere to all health and safety procedures.
- File, scan, and work on data entry as assigned.
- Maintain and organize Department related documentation
- Perform all other office tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred
- Excellent communication skills paired with professional phone etiquette for effective dispatching.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- General knowledge of office procedures and operations.
- Ability to accurately prepare and maintain records, files, reports, and correspondence.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both oral and written form.
- Ability to maintain effective interpersonal relationships.
- Ability to process and handle confidential information with discretion.
- Skill in completing assignments accurately and with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in computer skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be responsible and have work ethic.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and organization.
