Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Workers to provide exceptional support to individuals in their home environment. The successful candidate will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals by delivering personalised care with professionalism and empathy.
The shift pattern for this position will be 2 days working 2 days off. 7am till 19.00hrs,
10am until 22.00hrs.
Responsibilities
- Deliver personalised care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Administer medication following prescribed instructions and maintain accurate records
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to ensure a safe and comfortable environment
- Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure consistent care standards
Requirements
- Prior experience of working in a care setting is desirable
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively
- Punctuality and reliability are essential
