Farmhouse Harrogate is on the lookout for our next Duty Manager to join our leadership team. You’ll be working alongside one other awesome Duty Manager, backed up by our Assistant and Deputy Managers — a tight-knit crew that knows how to keep things running smooth (and fun).
We’re not after beginners here — you’ll need solid hospitality experience and a cool head when the floor’s buzzing.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running the floor like a pro — keeping service slick, guests smiling, and the team vibing.
- Leading shifts with confidence: delegating, problem-solving, and keeping everyone on track.
- Delivering next-level guest experiences — spotting and sorting issues before they even happen.
- Handling cash and keeping records tight.
- Staying on top of stock so we never run out of the good stuff.
- Keeping standards high — cleanliness, safety, compliance — all non-negotiable.
- Coaching new and existing team members to keep levelling up.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in hospitality management or supervision — no first-timers, sorry!
- A natural leader who knows how to bring out the best in people.
- Great communication skills — approachable, clear, and confident.
- Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure.
- Tech-savvy enough to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
