We have a full time position available for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to service existing client relationships and help establish new clients.
We deal solely with commercial and industrial installation projects and therefore you will there require experience within this engineering sector.
Company vehicle is provided to be used for all business use.
Your role will include:
· Ensuring the successful delivery of works on budget, time and in a safe manner, whilst in compliance with specification and contract documentation.
· Financial control of multiple electrical projects
· Managing labour
· Day to day communication with Management on the running of project works
· Liaising with the client and providing a full client management program
· On site meetings
· Procurement of plant and materials
· Maintaining the highest standards of health and safety throughout all projects
· Completion of Methods Statements and Risk Assessments
· Building new client relationships
The ideal candidate must:
· Have completed a full apprenticeship, or hold craft / technical certificates showing experience in the electrical sector
· Have the relevant experience in the role of Contracts Manager
· Full UK driving licence
