We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Electrical Quality Control Inspector to join our dynamic construction team. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive quality control inspections of electrical systems, wiring, panels, and components on construction sites to verify compliance with blueprints, schematics, and safety standards.
- Review construction plans, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure proper installation procedures are followed according to project specifications.
- Perform detailed analysis of electrical work quality, identifying issues or deviations from contracts and technical requirements.
- Collect and document data related to inspections, including photographs, measurements, and inspection reports for record-keeping and project tracking.
- Collaborate closely with construction managers, contractors, and subcontractors to address quality concerns promptly and effectively.
- Monitor construction site activities related to electrical work to ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures specific to electrical installations, including pipeline systems where applicable.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction inspection with a focus on electrical systems; prior construction site experience is essential.
- Strong knowledge of construction management practices, contracts, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings related to electrical work.
- Excellent analysis skills with the ability to identify discrepancies or defects during inspections.
- Familiarity with quality control processes specific to construction projects involving pipelines or complex electrical systems.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately while understanding construction protocols for electrical installations.
- Effective data collection skills for documenting inspection findings clearly and thoroughly.
