Black Label Builders LLC is actively growing across West Tennessee and Middle Tennessee, and we are looking for motivated reps who want to work in areas close to home while also being willing to travel when opportunity hits.
We train motivated people how to sell roofing and storm restoration, help homeowners through the insurance process, and build serious income through performance.
Sales Rep Pay Levels
Level 1 Rep — New Rep
Earn 30% of net profit per completed job.
Perfect for new reps learning the system, knocking doors, setting inspections, and building confidence.
Level 2 Rep — Producing Rep
Earn 40% of net profit per completed job.
For reps who can generate leads, run inspections, follow up, and close consistently.
Level 3 Rep — Top Producer
Earn 50% of net profit per completed job.
For proven reps who produce, communicate well, and represent the company at a high level.
Example Commission
If a job makes $4,000 net profit:
Level 1 earns $1,200
Level 2 earns $1,600
Level 3 earns $2,000
What Could You Make Monthly?
On the low end, selling just 3–5 jobs per month could look like this:
Level 1 Rep:
3 jobs = $3,600/month
5 jobs = $6,000/month
Level 2 Rep:
3 jobs = $4,800/month
5 jobs = $8,000/month
Level 3 Rep:
3 jobs = $6,000/month
5 jobs = $10,000/month
That is based on only $4,000 net profit per job. Bigger jobs, better production, and stronger storm seasons can increase earning potential.
The more you learn, the more you produce, and the more you grow — the more you can earn.
