We’re looking for dependable team members who take pride in keeping things clean, safe, and organized.
An Environmental Services Support (Porter) is responsible for general cleaning and sanitation throughout the facility, including work areas, restrooms, dish room, coolers, utility areas, offices, and transportation areas (inside and outside the facility).
$18.00/hour | Full-time | Benefits available
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and perform general cleaning tasks
- Empty trash throughout the facility
- Maintain sanitation standards in compliance with company and regulatory requirements
- Follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or GED preferred
Experience: Up to 1 year preferred
Skills:
- Ability to read and complete basic forms
- Ability to communicate with supervisors and coworkers
Job Requirements
- Must be able to work assigned schedule (may include weekends and holidays)
- Overtime as needed
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Compliance with company policies
- Ability to complete basic paperwork
Work Environment
- Exposure to meat, poultry, fish, and other food products
- Exposure to cleaning chemicals, noise, and temperature changes
- Must be able to lift, push, pull, and move up to 50 lbs frequently
- Standing, bending, and moving for 8+ hour shifts
