Epoxy Flooring Installer – Technical Store Associate (Bilingual English/Spanish)
Location: New Braunfels, TX
Are you an experienced epoxy flooring installer looking for a more stable role without leaving the industry?
We are looking for someone with real-world epoxy or resinous flooring experience to join our store team and support local contractors.
This role is primarily a full-time, in-store position at one location, helping contractors, maintaining organized inventory, and supporting daily store operations.
You will work under the direction of the Store Manager to keep the store organized, stocked, and running smoothly.
Former installers, crew leads, and foremen are strongly encouraged to apply.

- Keep tools and materials clean and accounted for
- Enjoy helping other installers solve problems
- Are comfortable using basic computer systems
- Are fluent in both English and Spanish and comfortable communicating with customers, contractors, and team members in both languages
- Have the flexibility to occasionally travel to support operations and provide coverage at our Houston, TX store location

We can train you on our store systems and software.

What You’ll Do
Working at the direction of the Store Manager, you will:
- Help contractors choose the right flooring products and systems
- Answer product and installation questions
- Receive and organize inventory shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory counts
- Keep the store clean, organized, and professional
- Prepare orders for contractor pickup
- Occasionally visit local customer job sites to support contractors and better understand project needs
- Provide occasional coverage and operational support at our Houston, TX store as business needs require
Most of your time will be spent working inside the store at a single location.
Experience Requirements
Required
- Hands-on epoxy or resinous flooring installation experience
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer literacy
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to the Houston, TX store for coverage and support
Not Required
