The Role
A Founder & Creative Director at the helm of two companies, one in the fashion industry, and one in the hospitality industry, is seeking an Executive and Personal Assistant.
The Executive & Personal Assistant will act as a trusted gatekeeper, coordinator, and right hand to the Founder. This role requires someone who thrives working with people, has a mix of professional polish, discretion, logistical mastery, and importantly, a genuine passion and understanding for the fashion and hospitality industry. Travel will be required to client presentations, fashion weeks and potential international office
Key Responsibilities
Executive Support: Manage complex calendars, appointments, and meetings across time zones; prioritising and adjusting as needed.
Expenses Management: Preparing weekly reports to share with the Finance Department.
Travel Coordination: Plan detailed travel itineraries (domestic and international), including flights, accommodations, logistics, and event preparation, along with visa requirements where necessary.
Communications Management: Draft, proof, and manage correspondence and meeting notes; filtering and prioritising inbound and outbound communication as needed.
Liaison Role: Serve as the point of contact between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders (press, partners, direct reports and teams).
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
Personal Coordination: Assist with personal errands and day to day support, appointments, and household management to ensure overall balance and efficiency.
Office Management: Managing facilities, suppliers, IT setup, visitors, post, stationary etc.
Event Planning: Both work and personal events, dealing with third parties accordingly from start to finish.
Who You Are
- Strong organizational abilities combined with keen attention to detail, effective time management, and a focus on achieving objectives.
- Ability to take ownership of day-to-day workload and projects while prioritizing demands from others and meeting deadlines.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Very good written and oral communication skills in English; other languages are a nice-to-have.
- At least 2 years of experience working as an Executive Assistant or in a comparable position in either fashion industry or hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.

Working Environment
