What Cruxx is

We are a MedTech-only executive search firm based in Yorkshire. Retained mandates, serious clients, a sector where the companies we work with are building surgical robots, neurostimulation devices, and cancer therapies. The hires we make change the trajectory of those companies. That context matters because it changes how you show up to every conversation you have.

What the role involves

You will own a MedTech sub-niche. Build it, develop it, become the name people think of in it. You will run retained search mandates end to end from client briefing through market mapping, candidate assessment, and commercial close. You will build long-term relationships with founders, chairs, investors, and leadership teams. And you will contribute to the Cruxx brand — through content, through the podcast, through showing up in the market in a way that makes people want to work with you.

This is not a role where you turn up, work a process, and go home. It is a role where you build something.

What we need from you

Two to five years in executive or professional search. A growth mindset you want to be better next month than you are today and you are honest about where the gaps are. A willingness to do things differently and ask why before you accept the way things have always been done. And a genuine desire to build something special, not just bill into someone else's vision.

The big ego who has already figured everything out will not enjoy it here. Neither will the person happy to coast. Everyone else come and have a conversation.
