Experienced Cell Phone Repair Technician –
We’re looking for a seasoned professional, not someone learning the trade.
iDropped is seeking an experienced cell phone and tablet repair technician with a proven track record of quality work and employment stability. If you have professional repair experience and a solid work history that shows you’re reliable and committed, we want to hear from you.
What We Require:
- Minimum 2+ years of professional cell phone/tablet repair experience (not just hobby work or short stints)
- Demonstrated stable employment history – we’re looking for someone who has proven they can commit to an employer long-term
- Expert-level skills in iPhone, iPad, Android, and gaming device repair
- Your competency will be verified – be prepared to demonstrate your skills
- Age 18+, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Professional maturity, honesty, and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and handle rush periods in a retail environment
About the Position: You’ll work in our retail repair environment performing diagnostics and repairs while customers wait, interacting with customers throughout the day, and maintaining our high standards of service.
Our owner is an active, engaged operator who utilizes advanced training and tools. We’re at the forefront of the independent repair industry and offer opportunities to elevate your skills
Schedule Options: Morning shifts, day shifts, weekends required
