We are currently seeking an experienced, high-quality Joiner to join our established and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated tradesperson looking for stable, long-term work with great earning potential.
As a key member of our team, you will be involved in a variety of joinery and carpentry projects across residential and commercial sites. The role includes both roughing work (first-fix carpentry, framing, structural timber work) and high-standard finishing work (second-fix, bespoke joinery, doors, skirting, architraves, and fine detailing). You’ll work alongside a supportive crew on interesting and varied projects, with the chance to demonstrate your skills and grow with the company.
Key Requirements:
- Proven ability as a Joiner/Carpenter with strong attention to detail and pride in your workmanship
- At least 4 years time served
- Must have your own comprehensive set of tools
- Valid UK driving licence is essential (maximum of 6 points)
- Comfortable working on both roughing and finishing tasks
- Experience in general building work is highly advantageous, but we also welcome applications from talented joiners looking to broaden their experience
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well both independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality standards

Pay Rate: £18 to £22 per hour depending on level of experience and skill
