Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Experienced Painter to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality finishes across residential, commercial, and industrial painting projects. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and can work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and professionally.

Responsibilities
– Perform all aspects of surface preparation including sanding, scraping, patching, caulking, and masking Apply paint, stains, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and airless sprayers with precision
– Ensure clean lines and professional-quality finishes, including cutting in and detail work Set up and maintain job sites, including ladders, scaffolding, and equipment
– Read and follow project specifications, including color matching and material selection Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with safety standards
– Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure projects stay on schedule

Requirements
– Proven experience as a painter in residential and/or commercial settings
– Strong knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials
– Experience with airless sprayers, brushing, rolling, and finishing work
– Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, climbing ladders, and working at heights
– Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
– Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or with a team
– Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
– Experience with minor drywall repair or trim work is a plus
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is a must
– Must be able to pass a background check
