What You’ll Do
- Build trusting relationships with families through home visiting and ongoing support
- Coach and encourage parents as they navigate the joys and challenges of raising young children
- Support healthy child development through education, modeling, and age-appropriate activities
- Connect families with healthcare, social services, and community resources
- Help families identify strengths, set goals, and create individualized family support plans
- Collaborate with community partners to ensure families receive comprehensive support
- Advocate for children and families while honoring their unique cultures, values, and experiences

Spanish-speaking bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required (degree preferred)
- Experience working with children and families preferred
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel throughout the region
- Ability to obtain CPR/BLS certification and Community Health Worker (CHW) certification
- Commitment to ethical, family-centered care

Pay: $19.00 – $24.50 per hour
