Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and versatile Field Services Technician / Handyman to join our dynamic team at Mr. Handyman. In this role, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining, repairing, and improving a variety of facilities and equipment across multiple customer locations. Your energetic approach and hands-on skills will ensure that our customers, both residential and commercial, are delighted by our field services. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your diverse expertise while providing exceptional customer service and support.
Duties
- Perform repair and preventive maintenance on customer premises across numerous skill sets (Residential and Commercial properties).
- Carry out electrical and plumbing repairs, carpentry work, drywall repair / finishing and painting to uphold Mr. Handyman standards.
- Operate company vehicles with employee provided tools across our assigned regions (Montgomery County MD, Washington DC, Martinsburg and Charles Town WV).
- Complete (Customer Service Reps (CSR)) assigned work using phone/tablet and Service Titan system.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in facilities maintenance, manufacturing environments, or residential handyman services with a strong mechanical aptitude.
- Skilled in electrical work, plumbing, carpentry, and residential painting with the ability to handle diverse repair tasks confidently.
- Familiarity with Service Titan software for work order management and maintenance tracking.
- Ability to read technical drawings, schematics, and wiring diagrams accurately.
- Excellent communication skills in English for clear documentation and customer interactions.

Pay: $20.00 – $34.38 per hour
