Position Overview:
As a Finance Assistant at Harrison Bathrooms, you will deal with transactions on both the Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger. Predominantly responsible for ensuring the Purchase Ledger is maintained, you will input Purchase Invoices and complete Supplier Statement Reconciliations in a timely fashion. You will also work on invoice resolution cases and issue Sales Credit Notes to customers accordingly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting Purchase Ledger Invoices
- Supplier Payment Runs
- Cash book postings
- Reconciling Supplier Statements
- Posting Company Credit Card Expenditure
- Raising Sales Credit Notes
- Raising Sales Invoices
- Liaise with Suppliers and Internal Stakeholders
- Ad hoc duties as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Sage 200 experience beneficial but not essential.
