Position: Finance Assistant (Mandarin Speaking, £28k, Medical Devices, Sunbury)
Finance Assistant role in a Shandong-based Medical Devices company. The company is the UK branch of one of the world’s largest providers of lab equipment. The firm is looking for a Finance Assistant to be a key member of the finance team, working with the Management Accountant. The main tasks will include sales ledger administration, inventory control, and general finance administration.
Responsibilities
- Sales ledger administration.
- Inventory control.
- General finance administration.
Qualifications
- Prior experience handling accounts/sales ledger.
- Outstanding numeracy and analytical abilities.
- Strong bookkeeping abilities and prior experience in a comparable capacity.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Strong communication skills at all levels, both internally and outside.
- Highly computer proficient with accounting software expertise, especially SAP.
- Possess applicable NVQ/SVQ or specialised credentials such as AAT/ACCA/CIMA.
- Excel or equivalent spreadsheet software knowledge.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese (writing and speaking).
- Must own a valid work visa and live within commuting distance of the office (TW16 7EL
).
