Join a growing financial services business in a broad Finance Analyst role working directly with the CFO.
This is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure across financial reporting, commercial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance, while helping shape reporting and decision-making across the organisation.
The Role
- Support month-end reporting and P&L analysis
- Produce budgeting, forecasting, and financial models
- Analyse business performance and key KPIs
- Build dashboards and management information reporting
- Track adviser remuneration and commission data
- Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities
About You
- Experience in a Finance Analyst, FP&A, or Management Accounts role
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Experience producing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting
- Commercially minded with strong attention to detail
- Financial services experience is beneficial
